Welcome, 
I have just invented a new form. I call it the PEN.
It is a four line stanza form with as many multiples of four lines as you care to include.
three words in the first line
two words in the second line
one word in the third line
three words in the last line.
The first three lines set up a situation. The last line delivers a summary or punch line.
Examples:
MY LOVE
Ah, my love,
your sojourn
sweet,
alas, too brief.
